ive got a 1.9 tdi on a 99 plate. the thing wont start ive changed the glow plugs, crank shaft sensor, glow plug relay but the light still dont come on so have anyone got any ideas ?

does it not flash at all when you start up, on warm days the light will only bome on from cold for a millisecond as the glow plugs are hardly or not used i think they are linked to a sensor to tell it the temp.

have you checked the key for the pats chip? what was happening last time it ran? have you done anything before it stopped?

it dont come on at all when it did start the rev counter would move now it dont so i dont know what 2 do

you need vagom to check for faults get a lead from ebay and download the free software or depening where you are there are some very friendly members who will come and read it for you

already had it done it came bck as relay 103 disconected (heater plug) so went bought it and it still dnt light up

Have you checked fuses F34 and also check auxiliary fuse box by the battery
